  Case 1 Mr T K (Patient Referance Number-4285) was brought to the clinic with anxiety disorder. He was suffering with severe anxiety since last 4-6 months. He was a software engineer with increased work related stress. There was excessive pressure at his office and he was having difficulty in coping up with this work pressure. He would have frequent arguments with his boss. He would get very angry but would not express his anger. When he was alone he used to get thoughts of quitting from the job but would not have the courage to do so. There was lot of frustration. He was having nervous temperament with lack of confidence. Frequently he would get sensation of itching in his palms and legs, alongwith repetitive movement of his legs. Due to all of these complaints his sex life was affected, along with it his relations with other family members were also affected. His appetite was increased when he was more depressed or stressed. His sleep was disturbed. He would often suffer from bodyaches and neck and lower back pain. He had developed one patch of alopecia areata on his scalp. All of these were identified as stress related concerns. Dr Shah studied his case in detail and prescribed him research based medicine for anxiety neurosis. Dr Shah counselled Mr T.K. and he felt relieved at the time. In 8 weeks Mr T.K. reported to the clinic, he was feeling better. His body pains had reduced and his sleep had improved. His medicine was continued on the same lines. In next 8 weeks he reported the anxiety to have reduced by 50 %. His happiness knew no bounds and he was relieved.
