A 32 years old lady Mrs. P.G. [PIN 14943] reported to our center on 11 October 2010, with the complaints of an acute and severe fissure-in-ano.

She had been suffering from fissure-in-ano for the last 1 year, after her second delivery. The complaints had aggravated from last 1 week. The frequency of the fissure was once a month and would last for a week. She had complaints of bleeding with stools. The pain was felt during and after passing stools and would last for half an hour; the pain was of a cutting and pricking type. She had a sensation of swelling in the anal region, which would last for a week. The stools were hard and she had constipation.

She had taken conventional treatment in the past and was on Ayurvedic medication for the past few days.

She also complained of urticaria for the past 2 -3 years. Every morning she would get an attack of urticaria with mild eruptions and itching, which would subside on its own by leaving marks.

She had an average appetite and thirst with a desire for fruits. She was a good-looking, averagely built Bengali lady.
She was intolerant to heat and would get a headache on going out in the sun.

She was very short-tempered and irritable by nature. Her husband was a captain of the ship. He would be away from home at a stretch for four months.

This would add to her stress. She, being alone had to manage the kids, in-laws, and take care of her parents. This was stressful for her. She would scold and shout at her daughter and sometimes hit her. However, she would repent soon and she would quickly hug her. She was very sensitive by nature.

Dr Rajesh Shah studied her case in detail and prescribed Natrum-Mur 200 C and his research-based medicines. There was a significant improvement in the first four weeks itself.

She got total relief in her complaints of pain, swelling, and bleeding. The fissure-in-ano healed completely.

The medicines were continued for her urticaria. She did have a few major flare-ups in the urticaria, despite the medication. Then Dr Shah made appropriate additions in her medicines and she got good relief in her urticaria too.

By six months, she had recovered completely in both the complaints. Dr Shah continued the treatment for another four months.

As she did not have any outbreak in urticaria and fissure, her treatment was stopped.

She was very happy with the treatment. Her husband had accompanied her.
He thanked Dr Shah for all his efforts and treatment.

They were all praise for Life Force.
