Painful menstrual cycles and infertility are what the women suffering from Endometriosis dread the most about.     The complaints due to Endometriosis may vary during the woman\u2019s menstrual cycle as hormone levels fluctuate.<\/p>\n

    Most commonly, the ovaries, fallopian tubes and the area behind the uterus (Pouch of Douglas) are affected, however in rare cases other parts of the body may be affected too. The area affected by Endometriosis bleeds each month, resulting in inflammation and scarring. Almost 50% of these women suffer from infertility.<\/p>\n
