I have been suffering from Acid reflux / GERD for more than a year now. None of the usual antacids worked well with me. My lichen planus is getting better, yeah. My back has stopped itching, my arms have quit itching and the bumps of lichen planus have flattened out. In fact, my skin on my arms almost feels normal. The healing is continuing from the top down, my thighs don't itch and the bumps have gone down. I still have quite a bit of raised up places on my legs, but the itching is getting a lot better.
