A 45 years old patient Mr. V.S. (PIN Number L-9415) staying in Mumbai, reported to the clinic with complaints of Trigeminal neuralgia since the last 2 years.
He was on Tablet Carbamazepine 600 mg per day. He had remissions for a period of 6 months. His pain had increased very severely since the last 20 days, and the pains now were almost continuous, starting from the Right upper jaw and radiating to the right temple, right eye, and right cheek.
