80% Improvement In Health Of A Patient Of Chronic Myasthenia Gravis

A 61-year-old male patient of Myasthenia Gravis, Mr. P. G. (PIN: 28101) visited the Borivali clinic of Life Force on 3rd March 2016. He presented with drooping of the eyelids but normal vision. He was unable to lift his arms properly. The patient was finding difficulty in doing exercises and was experiencing immense weakness. He was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and was on steroids from the last week.

The patient had cravings for spicy food.

He had no other complaints currently. In the past, he had taken treatment for Tuberculosis and Herpes simplex.

At Life Force:

After studying the case in detail, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed Natrum Muriaticum 30 to the patient.

Follow-Ups:

On 12th April 2016, the patient was 10 % better but was on steroids.

Later, on the follow-up on 12th July 2016, he was further better by 30% to 40%, but, still, he was on steroids.

On the follow-up on 19th October 2016, the patient was further better. Now, he took steroids on alternate days.

When the patient gave follow-up on 21st June 2019, the patient had stopped medicine because he was out of the country. Later, he restarted the homeopathic treatment and was stable. His conventional treatment comprising steroids was stopped. His doses of immunosuppressants were tapered off, so now he took merely its lower doses.

On 16th October 2019, the patient was stable.

On 15th May 2020, the patient had experienced an episode of drooping eyelids and weakness.

Later, on 14th October 2020, his relief in drooping of the eyelids was better than before. He had no other complaint except for the weakness in his right arm.

On 10th March 2021, the patient was 70% to 80% better.

When he gave the next follow-up on 9th July 2021, he was 80% better. He had no other complaints.

At the follow-up on 8th November 2021, the patient was 80% better. He had no complaints and was on lower doses of immunosuppressants.

Conclusion:

This case illustrates that a long-term homeopathic treatment along with conventional medicine can help control chronic Myasthenia Gravis in the elderly and improve the health and well-being of the patient. Homeopathy promotes healing from within, reduces dependency on steroids, and offers relief to the patient incredibly and safely without any side effects.
