Peri-anal abscess treated effectively with Homeopathy...

Mr. K.A.K.S [PIN 16357] came to the center for the treatment of a Perianal abscess. He had developed a small Perianal abscess a couple of months ago. It all started with a episode of blood in stools, around eight weeks ago. He took antibiotics and the bleeding stopped.

However he developed a swelling near the anus. He consulted a surgeon, who examined him and also advised a sonography. 27/7/10 USG Perineum shows small perineal abscess at the 1`o clock position towards left side. The surgeon treated him with antibiotics. He said that if it recovers, well and good. If it does not recover, then he would consider a surgery. After 4 weeks there was no relief with antibiotics. The surgeon suspected an emerging fistula and insisted upon a surgery. The patient sought advice from his parents.

Considering his age (27 years old) his parents advised him to avoid surgery and opt for Homeopathic treatment. He then searched on the internet and found out about Life Force. Dr Shah examined him and advised Homeopathic treatment for four months. Dr Shah prescribed Silica 200 C to be taken twice a day. He called up after three weeks, saying that the abscess had burst and there was bleeding and pus discharge. He was advised to press out the pus discharge and do a dressing. He was asked to continue the medicines. He came for follow up after three weeks. He reported that the abscess had burst and discharged and healed completely.

On examination there was no swelling, no tenderness. Only a healed scar… He had completely recovered in six weeks. The treatment was continued for two more months. He had no further complaints. After four months of medication, Dr Shah stopped his treatment.
