Varicose ulcer found significant relief with Dr Shah’s medication within a year.

Mrs. N. A. T. (Patient Identification Number - 18027) visited Lifeforce on 21st January, 2012. She was suffering from left leg varicose ulcer since 10 years. She had been operated for the same in 2005. She was relieved for 2 years till 2007. Since last few years it had started again with pain, itching and discharge. She had taken antibiotics injections last month as it had developed infection.

She also suffered from gastric troubles like acidity, flatulence, sour eructation and unsatisfactory stools since many years.

She had been recently detected with cystitis as she had painful urination. She had taken a course of antibiotics for the same.

She had been suffering from recurrent nail bed infection since 2 years. There would be pain, itching, swelling and discharge of yellow pus. She had been taking conventional medicines as and when required.

She had been detected with Sickle cell Anemia in 2006. She was also suffering from high blood pressure and underactive thyroid and conventional treatment was being taken for the same. She was also detected with multiple gall stones.

Her appetite was reduced. She liked salty food and disliked sweets. She would not perspire easily. She could tolerate both the extreme of temperature.

She had been operated for hysterectomy 20 years back.

She was a widow and a home maker. Her husband had expired in 1998 in an accident. She had 3 children; a daughter and 2 sons. All her children were well settled.

She was affectionate and gentle. She was tensed regarding her illness.

Her father had suffered from piles, while her brother was suffering from fistula in ano.

She was prescribed Sepia 30c 2 doses and Pulsatilla Nigricans 30c along with few research based medicines after a detailed case study by Dr. Shah.

After 2 months of medication, she reported on 23rd March with 30% improvement in her varicose ulcer. The pain was reduced. Her acidity was significantly relieved. The cystitis was also considerably better. The nail infection did not find any relief. Her case was reviewed by Dr. Shah and prescription upgraded.

After 6 months of medication she reported on 30th June with 50% improvement in her varicose ulcer. The itching was persistent, but the pain and swelling had decreased. The acidity and unsatisfactory stools were further better. The cystitis was also further improved. The nails infection was mildly better. Dr. Shah reviewed her case in details and prescribed Graphitis 30c 2 doses along with the upgraded medicines.

She reported on 27th October with further improvement in her varicose ulcer. The pain and itching were better. The swelling would come occasionally. The acidity was almost relieved. The cystitis was further better.

She is still continuing the medicines and is positive that a complete recovery will be attained under Dr. Shah’s supervision.
