I S.S, Pin no. 17135, Since last 5-6 yrs I was suffering from piles and constipation problem. I would have severe pain and burning sensation in the rectum, this was more on taking spicy food. The stools were hard and required straining.

I noticed a very big improvement in the last months. Twice I had existing spots which rose again, but it became flat the following day. I would say that my lichen is 90% gone. Only the scars remained, but they are fading slowly. The lichen planus has definitely stopped spreading. The oral lichen planus has improved a lot as well. Now I can brush my teeth easily, can eat most of the food, even though I am still very careful with spicy food. But when I eat hot and spicy food, I noticed that I do not feel the burning sensation as strongly as before. The black spots are fading slowly on my arms and ampits,on my neck, my back and stomach.
