A Singaporean Child Got Rid Of Corns In A Month Of Homeopathic Treatment

An anxious mother from Singapore contacted the associate doctors of Dr. Shah online to seek help for the complaint of corns of her 7-years-old son Mast. A.P. (PIN: 25119). The child was complaining of a painful corn on his right foot from the last five months. He had four corns on his right great toe, one of approximately 1-2 cm and the rest three corns were around 1/2 cm. As the child was very young (i.e. just 7 years old), his parents were not willing to let him undergo any mechanical/surgical intervention to remove the corns. Also, his mother was aware of the fact that, even after the surgical removal of his corns, there were chances of its recurrence. So, the parents decided to go with Dr. Shah's online treatment protocol for his corns. Besides corn, the child was also suffering from vitiligo, and so his parents started the Homeopathic treatment for same under Dr. Shah.

    Past Medical History:
In the past, the child had suffered from Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD). Besides that, there was no history of any major illness.

    Family Medical History:
His paternal great-grandmother had Diabetes, Asthma, and Hypertension, and his paternal great-grandfather was a known case of Asthma.

    Physical Generals:
He was vegetarian by diet and had a craving for salty and spicy food. He didn’t like ice-cream, fruits, cake, and eggs. His appetite was normal. He was sensitive to the heat. His sleep was sound.

    Self & Family Set-Up:
Mast. A.P. was studying in the 1st Grade, and he loved to go to the school. He was a bright student and very good at Mathematics. He was scared of ants and cockroaches. He was fond of the cars and bikes. He co-operated very well with his peers in the school for projects and other activities. His both the parents were working, and a granny was taking care of the child.

    Prescription:

After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed SILICA-30 to the patient and his medicines were shipped to Singapore. The patient and his parents received the medicines on 2nd December 2017 and the patient started to follow the medicines on the same day itself.

    Follow-Ups:
On 21st January 2018, the patient's mother happily reported that his corns have resolved completely in just one month of the continuous homeopathic treatment. The patient was no more suffering from any pain, and all his four corns had reduced substantially. He completely got rid of his complaints. Dr. Shah advised continuing the medicines for a few more weeks as a maintaining dose and asked to stop the treatment thereafter.

    Conclusion:
This case illustrates that Homeopathy is a painless, highly effective, and the safest non-surgical treatment for corns that involves having medicines orally rather than any painful physical intervention. Corns can be treated at the root level with homeopathy, and, also, the tendency to have corns is addressed with the help of Homeopathic medicines effectively and safely without any side-effects.
