The patient was suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome for 2 months. He was experiencing swelling in his face which used to spread over his whole body.

When he visited us, there was no protein in urine because he was taking allopathic medicines (Tab Wysolone 10 mg TDS) for the same complaint. In his report on 23rd June 2016, his urine protein was +++.

The child was vegetarian and had an excessive appetite. He was having craving for salty food. He was having an aversion to sour food. His stool and urine were satisfactory. His hair was dry brown. Physically, his average weight was 3 Kgs. He was studying in a nursery. His father was a businessman, and mother was a homemaker.

He was a very obstinate and cranky child. He used to break his toys in anger. He was having the fear of darkness.

His father was suffering from Allergic Rhinitis.

As per his detailed case, Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed him his Nephrotic syndrome molecules on 14th July 2016.

The patient took his first batch of medicines along with allopathic medicines and started showing recovery. On 22nd August 2016, he reported a good recovery. His dependency on Tab. Wysolone 10 mg three times a day was reduced to T. Wysolone 10 mg twice a day on an alternate day.

On 21st November 2016, he was better and his swelling, which was due to steroid medicines, had also reduced. His urine protein was also absent. As per his improvement, his allopathic doctor completely stopped his steroid medicines.

The patient continued with our medicines as his mother wanted to free him from steroid medicines completely. After taking a continuous course of homeopathic medicines at Life Force on 17th April 2017, the patient reported an excellent improvement without any steroid medicines. He didn’t suffer from a single episode of relapse in the last 5 months. He no more suffered from frothy urine or swelling of the face. The patient was overall better by 90%

The patient is still on with Dr. Shah's research-based medicines.

Conclusion:

This case illustrates that Homeopathic medicines can definitely reduce the dependency on steroid medicines in Nephrotic Syndrome.
