Skin Allergy successfully treated with Homeopathy
A 14-year-old girl from Mumbai, Ms. A.M. (PIN: 37356) visited Life Force’s Kemp’s Corner clinic in July 2018 for getting her complaint of skin allergy treated.
She was suffering from it for the last 5 years. She was getting red rashes all over her body. The rashes appeared on her skin, most often when she consumed milk and milk products. The patient had lactose intolerance and because of which she was getting rashes on her body after consuming milk and milk products. The patient was also suffering from intense itching on her skin. Her skin had turned very dry and rough. She was taking anti-histamine off and on for the same.
She had an average appetite. She loved to eat sweets. Her thirst for water was intense. Her perspiration was profuse and very offensive. There were no issues related to her urine and stool. Her sleep was sound and refreshing. Her periods were irregular and often used to get delayed.
She was studying in the 7th Standard. She had a twin brother. Her mother was a housewife, and her father was running a business. She was very mild and gentle by nature. She used to keep her emotions to herself.
She did not have any major illnesses in the past. Her mother was suffering from an underactive thyroid.
After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed her Puls 30 and some research-based homeopathic medicines.
Follow-Ups:
On 27th August 2018, the patient reported feeling better with the medicines. The rashes had appeared on her skin just once in the last 1 month, only when she consumed a milk product. The intensity of the rash was less than before. The dryness was still present. She was feeling overall better with the medicines.
On 31st December 2018, the patient reported almost 50% recovery from her rashes. She did not get rash even after consuming the milk products. Her relief from the dryness and roughness of the skin was getting better. She was feeling more energetic than before. She didn’t experience the need to take antihistamine medicine after she started with homeopathic medicines. The patient and her parents were very happy with the results.
On 26th April 2019, the patient reported being almost 90%-95% better than earlier with the medicines. No episode of rash had occurred from the past 4-5 months even after consuming the milk and milk products. The overall texture of her skin was improved with the medicines. The patient and her parents were quite happy. She was feeling completely better with the medicines.
