An 8-Year-Old Girl Found Immense Relief In Nephrotic Syndrome With Homeopathy
An 8-year-old female patient Ms. L.C. (PIN: 39694) started the homeopathic treatment at Life Force Homeopathy through our online system protocol on 24th March 2019. She was suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome.
The parents of the patient said that the first time she suffered an episode of nephrotic syndrome was in September 2015, and, subsequently, she suffered relapses after every 6 to 7 months. So far, she had suffered 5 relapses of the condition. Every time the episode was accompanied by a cold and cough. Once she starts having the medication, the protein loss comes in control within 7-8 days.
During the episodes of nephrotic syndrome, the patient used to experience the following symptoms:
- Protein loss through urine
- Swelling on the legs and stomach.
- Urine quantity was less, and, sometimes, there would be blood in the urine.
- A loss of Appetite.
- Cough, cold, and fever would trigger her every episode
The patient liked eggs and salty food. She was currently taking steroids i.e. Tab Omnacortil - 10 mg Daily.
After a detailed case analysis, Dr. Shah prescribed research-based medicines to the patient.
Follow-Ups:
On her first follow-up on 20th May 2019, the parents of the patient reported that there was no relapse of any episode of Nephrotic Syndrome. Her urine output was good, and there was no blood nor protein in her urine. There was no swelling on her body. The patient had discontinued steroids for 2 weeks.
On subsequent follow-ups, her condition was improving. She no more suffered from any episodes of Nephrotic Syndrome. Also, her appetite had increased.
On 28th January 2020, the parents of the patient reported that, even after 3-4 episodes of cold and cough, there was no relapse of nephrotic syndrome. There was no protein loss in the urine, and no swelling was present on her body at all. The patient had not taken steroids in the last 7 months.

Conclusion:
This case illustrates that homeopathy is very effective in controlling and treating Nephrotic Syndrome safely without any side-effects. It reduces the patient’s dependency on allopathic medicines.
