Occupational Asthma Got Treated Wonderfully With Homeopathy
A 67-year-old male patient, Mr. P.N.B. (PIN: 40735) visited Life Force on 24th July 2019 for the treatment of his complaint of Asthma. He was suffering from Asthma for more than 5 years. He had no genetic history of Asthma or any other allergic complaints. However, he was working in the textile industry for 25 years so this case was a case of occupational Asthma (Several agents such as cotton, dust, and dyes may cause occupational Asthma). Usually, in June and November, he would suffer from frequent episodes of Asthma that would last for 8-10 days. His complaints would start with throat irritation, dry cough, and difficulty in breathing. His complaints would get worse at night. He was on Azeflow (steroid) nasal spray, Tablet. Predmet (Oral steroid), Syrup Pulmoclear (Bronchodilator), Tablet. Calribid (Antibiotic), & Anti-histamines.
He had undergone CABG a surgical intervention for heart ailment and was on medicines for the same from the last 8 years. He was a known case of Hypertension from the last 12 years and was on antihypertensive medicines.
His appetite was normal. He would feel comfortable in the cold weather. His sleep was sound.
Mr. P.N.B. worked in the textile industry for almost 25 years and, now, was running a small-scale business. He was staying alone, as his wife had expired 25 years ago and son was living in another city for his job. His emotions were suppressed as he was staying alone and had no one to share with.

Follow-Ups:
After the first two months of the homeopathic treatment, on 13th September 2019, when he first the feedback, he had experienced a positive change in relief. He had no major Asthma episode in the last 2 months, however, he was taking conventional medicines too so it was difficult to judge which medicines had helped him - Homeopathy or conventional medicines. It was advised him not to take conventional medicines further, contact the doctors at Life Force, and, if needed, then only go for the conventional medicines for acute Asthma episodes.
In his next follow-up after two months, on 21st November 2019, he mentioned that he didn't have an episode of Asthma in the last 2 months. Also, he had not used any conventional medicines in the last 2 months.
He responded to the treatment very well and showed an improvement in all his further follow-ups.
After eight months of homeopathic treatment, he no more required conventional medicines, and he no more suffered from Asthma episodes.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy is effective in treating work-related or occupational induced Asthma. Despite being on steroid spray, steroid oral medicines, antibiotics, and antihistamines, he had difficulty in breathing. But, after taking Homeopathic treatment, he is completely free from Asthma and he was able to overcome the dependency on conventional medicines.
