A 67-year-old female from Uttarakhand, Mrs. M. P. (PIN: 23572) started treatment from Life Force Homeopathy for her complaints of Trigeminal neuralgia on 13th September 2014.
The patient was suffering from it for a year. She had developed discomforting pain on the right side of her face. Her pain was very severe and intense. It used to start from the right cheek and spread to the eye and ears. The pain used to occur 2-3 times a day. The duration of pain was for a few seconds. Her pain was severe on brushing teeth, chewing, and while washing the face. The patient was on Gabapentin 300 mg once a day for the last 6 months.
The patient’s appetite was average. She had no specific desire or aversion to any specific food. Her thirst for water was average. She had no issues related to the urine and stool. Her sleep was normal and refreshing.
She was staying with her son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. No major stress present in her life. She was very joyful.
No other illnesses were noticed in the patient’s history. Also, there were no major illnesses in her family’s medical history.

Follow-Ups:
On 9th December 2014, in the first follow-up, the patient reported that she was feeling 95% better with the medicines. The frequency and intensity of the pain were very minimal. She had stopped taking the Gabapentin tablet and, now, she was only on homeopathy.
On 10th February 2015, the patient updated that she was absolutely fine now. She had experienced no episode of the pain. She was completely better with the medicines. She discontinued the treatment after that.
On 18th March 2020, the patient contacted us saying that the pain has again started a few days back. She was feeling pain 4 to 5 times a day. She had not started with any allopathic medicines. As she got better with homeopathy earlier, she directly contacted us and wanted to start our homeopathic treatment. According to the case, revised homeopathic medicines were prescribed to her. And, she started following our homeopathic treatment.
On 2nd July 2020, the patient’s son reported that she was almost 50% better with the medicines. The frequency of her pain had reduced. The intensity of her pain was also less now. She was overall better with the medicines.
On 5th January 2021, the patient reported being much better with the medicines. The frequency and intensity of the pain were very minimal. The overall health of the patient was improved with the medicines. The patient and her family were very satisfied with the treatment.
On 14th June 2021, the patient updated being 90% better now. The pain was present just occasionally that too was very mild. She had almost recovered from trigeminal neuralgia.
