A 35-year-old male patient (PIN: 37163) presented with the complaint of gradually progressive lower back pain, which was associated with stiffening of the back. It was diagnosed as Ankylosing Spondylitis in May 2018. He was suffering from episodes of back pain, which woke him at night between 3 am to 4 am, and it was associated with spinal stiffness in the morning which would last for 3 to 4 hours. His MRI reports showed Bilateral Sacroiliitis. His ESR was about 40mm/hour which meant that the patient was in a high inflammatory state. He was on NSAIDs.

On 12th March 2019, after continued use of the homeopathic medicine without any use of NSAID, the patient found about 70% immense relief in his stiffness in the back. His intensity of the pain reduced incredibly. His sleep turned better than before. He no more experiences neck pain. His ESR was also normal.
