A 28-year-old male from Nagpur, Mr. A. K. (PIN: 42111) started treatment from Life Force Homeopathy for his complaint of pyrexia of unknown origin on 23rd December 2019.
He was suffering from it since 4 years. The patient used to get a fever around 4 to 5 times a year without any known cause. Usually, he would get about 100-degree F fever in the winter season that would stay for a few days. He used to experience a mild body ache and headache along with the fever. The patient had done all routine investigations, but all the reports were normal. Following the prescription of his physician, the patient used to take antibiotics whenever he had an episode of fever.
Physical Generals:
The patient’s appetite was average, and he had no specific desire or aversion for any particular food. His thirst for water was normal. He had no issues related to the urine and stool. His sleep was sound and refreshing.
Psychological and Family Make-Up:
He was a student. He was staying with his parents and elder brother. By nature, the patient was very happy and joyful.
No major illnesses had affected the patient in the past. He did not have any major illnesses in the family.

Follow-Ups:
On 3rd February 2020, the patient’s parents updated that he was feeling better with the medicines. No episode of fever had affected him, but a mild body ache was present. He had experienced an overall improvement with the medicines.
On 11th May 2020, the patient reported that initially there was an improvement but, from the past few months, his complaints were as it is. The fever would affect him off and on, particularly if he goes in the cold climate. However, he was not required to take allopathic medicines. Based on this feedback, Dr. Shah prescribed further medicines to him.
On 15th September 2020, the patient reported that there was around a 40% difference with the medicines. The frequency of fever has reduced than before. He had no body-ache or headache associated with the fever. Mild fever was affecting him off and on but it would settle on its own. He experienced an overall gradual positive change with the medicines.
On 31st March 2021, the patient reported being further better with the medicines. He was having fever off and on but the frequency and intensity had reduced than before. He was feeling overall more energetic than before. He was only on homeopathic medicines.
On 2nd August 2021, the patient reported being almost 70% better now. No episode of fever had affected him in the past few months. He was completely fine with the medicines.
On 15th November 2021, the patient reported that he was completely better with the medicines. He had no major episode of fever in the past few months. He had stopped all allopathic medicines a long time back, and he was only on homeopathy. He had experienced an overall great improvement with the medicines.
