A 16 yrs old male, Mr Pratik Jadhav (L-9106), had been suffering with recurrent colds since 10 years. The episodes had increased since 6 years, twice per month, lasting for 10-12 days. He had history of breathlessness 2 years back, and had to take inhalers. Presently his colds would start with nose block, dry cough, throat irritation, etc which would increase with cold food, cold drinks, cold water, and would feel better with steam inhalation. On examination his chest was clear.
He had a past history of appendicectomy done and family history of diabetes and cancer.

Conventional medicines were given during the attacks of cold.

On basis of above case details, Dr Shah’s research based medicine was given. Beneficial results were seen within a month and he did not get any episodes of cold later. The exfoliation of palms and soles also reduced remarkably. The medicines were continued for a period of 6-8 months.
