Mrs. R.Y. (PIN no. 10909) was a known case of Psoriasis since 8 yrs. She had taken multiple treatments for her psoriasis with attacks of remission and relapse all the times. She had psoriasis lesions on her complete body, i. e. her scalp, shoulders, fingers, knees, toes and gluteal (buttocks) region were involved. Along with this she also suffered from Psoriatic arthritis affecting knees and joints of her fingers since last 3 years. She came to us after trying all the possible means of cure for her ailment.

Her appetite was good with strong desire for sweets. She was sensitive to hot climate and preferred warm weather. She had very normal bowel habits and no complaint with urine and perspiration. She had sound and refreshing sleep with occasional nightmares of seeing some dead people.

All her investigations were done for arthritis which showed raised ESR (42) and RA Factor came out to be negative.
Lastly she had used methotrexate which had caused suppression or masked picture of psoriasis.
