Severe eczema patches on armpits, hands and legs cured completely with homeopathy

Ms. S.N, PIN: 11579, 24 year young girl visited the clinic on 22 december 2008 with complaints of eczema. She had eczematous patches on the arm pits, and few patches on hands and legs. Her skin was very dry and the patches had excess of itching.

She presented with very dry skin and reddish eczematous patches. The itching was so severe that it caused discharge from the patches.

Ms. S.N was a vegetarian and had good appetite. She has strong liking for spicy food and dislike for milk. Her thirst for water was adequate. She would have moderate perspiration. Thermally more tolerant towards cold weather.

Her sleep was also sound and refreshing. Her menstrual cycle was regular.

She was a student and was living with her parents.

As a person she was of nervous temperament. She was academically good but her confidence was less. She would get very nervous before exams and the confidence wa also effecting her performance. At prsent the main stress was that she was trying to go aborad and was preparing for the enterance exams. She wanted to pursue her further studies in the US. Her parents were very supportive and always encouraged her to be cool and confident.

At 1 months follow up (27 January 2009), Ms. S.N reported, mild improvement in her eczema.
But she had developed some eruptions on her hands, thighs and abdomen. There was still itching and mild discharge from the patches.

At 3 months follow up (26 March 2009), Ms. S.N reported feeling much better. The eczema was better, the itching was less and the oozing was less. There were no new patches.

At 5 months follow up (4 May 2009), Ms. S.N reported that the treatment has worked very well for her. Her skin was clearing up, the itching is less and there was no oozing from the patches.

At 1 year follow up (24 Aug 2009), Ms. S.N, reported was better and was leaving for the US for 2 years for further studies. As she had responded well to the treatment, she opted for taking a break from the regular course of medicines.

In between she reported that the change in weather had not effected her skin and her skin was much better and continued with the medications in between for few months.

For next 7-8 months from 7 March 2010 to 6 September 2010, she was irregular with the medications as her skin was better. There were some mild relapses with the weather change but that settled by keeping the skin moist.

Ms. S.N visited the clinic again on 9 March 2012 and reported that her skin on the under arms, thighs and legs were better. The itching was less and there was no oozing. In fact there was no winter aggravation as she was anticiapting.

She is still continuing the treatment in order to prevent the relapse.
