Mr. M.C.D. (Patient Identification Number 17939) visited Life Force on 10th January 2012 for the complaint of Frequent Colds.
He was suffering from Frequent Colds since last 1-1.5 years. He would get episodes of cold almost twice a month. Each episode would last for 7-10 days.
