41 years old Mr. S. S. (Patient Identification Number - 21645) visited on 14th September 2013. He was referred to Dr. Shah by his cousin who had been successfully treated for the same. He was suffering from recurrent boils on his buttocks and left upper arm since past 6 months. He used to get new boils every 15 days. He had checked his blood sugar levels 6 months back which were normal. At present he had 3 boils: 1 on the right upper arm since 3 – 4 days, 1 big on right hip which was oozing with pus, and 1 on anterior thigh.
