A Case of Thrombosed Piles Treated Gently and Quickly with Homoeopathy
It is a case of middle-aged man Mr. T.H.S, fifty-three yrs. old, pin no. 28934 visited Life Force for the first time on 17th June 2016 in Santacruz branch. He was suffering from Piles since ten years. It was bleeding, painful and he was unable to sit. Constipation made his even worse. He was advised to go for surgery but preferred Homoeopathy.
He also had Erectile Dysfunction for the last twelve years, normal libido with wet dreams. It all started after immense stress from business failure.
His appetite was normal, he was pure vegetarian, he loved to eat ice creams and sweets. He felt very thirsty in spite of drinking lot of water. He could not tolerate the heat of the sun or the warm climate. He would always want AC or fan, his perspiration was average, the urine was normal but unsatisfactory motions.
The patient was a businessman, he would lend money to people on interest, once he suffered heavy losses, there was a business failure. He was staying with his wife and children.
He was brought up by his grandparents in Mumbai, his parents stayed in the village.
He was operated for gallstones two years back and suffered from Chikungunya six years back.
The patient was very loquacious, would talk irrelevantly, was very anxious about his illness. He was in depression twenty-five years back because of business failure. He was emotionally deprived, felt lonely and neglected as he grew up away from parents.

The patient gave 1st follow-up on 12th August.
Piles were better, he could sit. There was no bleeding, no tenderness but new piles had developed just beside the old lesion.
The patient gave 2nd follow-up on 22nd September, he was very happy, the old piles were not even felt. The new piles were very small and would pain only at the time of passing stools for just a few minutes.
