My patient ID is 23083. I had faced problems with painful boils all over my skin.The boils would come out after every 1 month. I did not have any boils for last 2 months. I, S. M. M. Pin number: 16562, approached Life Force for my PCOD problem, having irregular menses and was taking hormonal treatment to regularize the menses. With this I was also suffering from severe sleeplessness and dandruff problem. My sleep was disturbed and very dreamy.
