There has been significant improvement in my Urticaria. Right now, I can sustain without taking antihistamines for at least 5 days; unlike before where I had to take antihistamines after every 2 days. My situation is far more better now. I have not had any rash for more than a month. Some of the foods which used to bother me, such as almonds, tomatos, lentils, etc do not bother me any more. Eating certain processed and pakaged foods make my skin itchy but most of the time I do not see any red rash.
