I (PIN no.: L-15246) have been suffering from recurrent kidney stone formation for last 1 year. I would have severe burning sensation after urinating and pain in the rib area and the back. I also had digestive problems like gas, flatulence and acidity more so after taking outside food, so I would avoid all these food items. I, R.S, Patient Identification Number: 12263, was suffering from constant humming sound in my ears, I also had vertigo associated with it and hearing loss. I was suffering from past 3 years with small red bumps which would change to white pus filled eruptions, these blisters appeared around the vaginal area, and they were painful, itchy and caused severe burning sensation around my genital areas, buttocks and inner thigh.
