I have been under treatment of Dr. Shah for last two years for Migraine and Thyroid. My Migraine attacks used to be severe with vomiting and frequency would be at least 5-6 times a month. Since starting your medication 3 months back for Anxiety Neurosis, there has been tremendous improvement. Though I do get the occasional bout of anxiety, the symptoms of nausea accompanying the Anxiety Neurosis have significantly reduced.

I was suffering from past 3 years with small red bumps which would change to white pus filled eruptions, these blisters appeared around the vaginal area, and they were painful, itchy and caused severe burning sensation around my genital areas, buttocks and inner thigh.
