My overall health has been generally good. Emotionally I feel that I have been doing fine. I would like to comment that my sleep patterns have improved immensely. I have noticed that in a week I usually have five nights of relaxed sleep compared to before of two to three nights of relaxed sleep.

The Urticaria started to affect me in May 2007 and there didn't seem to be any medication other than antihistamines and eventually in August 2007 UVB light treatment. The UVB light treatment was a huge relief for a short time and the original lesions started to subside. I have progressed so well since i started taking the medicines. My gout is remarkably better. My hitherto inflamted feet became normal after about 7 to 10 days of taking medicines. The pain disappeared and I have never experienced any gout attack since then.
