The medication has helped tremendously. There has been no spreading of the Lichen Planus in the last 3 months. It has spread from my ankles to my lower back and a few spots on my arm. The spreading has now stopped and the spots are becoming flatter and a lot more in line with the texture of the normal skin around it. I have cut down on my smoking and this has possibly assisted in the healing process.

I noticed that the lower part of the main spot of my face present have sign of repigmentation. This area is about 30% of the spot. The remaining areas do not show significant sign of repigmentation but it is not as white as before I started the treatment. I have also noticed significant repigmentation on the upper part of spot.
