I was diagnosed having Meniere’s disease and was started with Anti vertigo medicines. I was frustrated with the dependence on the Allopathic medications but even that was not helping me. I, ADJ, from India, was suffering from severe constipation since last 6-7 years. It was associated with generalized weakness and heaviness in the abdomen. I was facing difficulty in gaining weight. My stools were semi-solid, sticky, hard and required straining. It was associated with low appetite, low feeling and vague body aches. Due to these complaints I was mentally sad and depressed, would have lot of negative thoughts. I was losing interest in my studies. 

Within 3 months of starting the treatment, I could experience a very good response.

My constipation was much better, hardness of stools reduced, there was infrequent fullness of abdomen and stools would only be occasionally unsatisfied. The weakness and low feeling reduced, depression was much better. I started having positive thoughts and my interest in studies also improved.
