The Sleeplessness condition has improved and now I am able to sleep (get 5-6 hr of sleep in the night with medicine). The feeling of depression has improved and negative thoughts have subsided by 50%. To sum up, I am seeing improvement in my sleeping pattern and condition is definitely improving. There is definite improvement. My hair fall has subsided quite a bit. I am no longer losing clumps of hair during wash. I had been told by Dr Shah that hairfall will reduce and it has. Also, my skin allergy is almost gone. I don't experience any skin irritation like i used to.
