Significant improvement. There was not severe episode of disease since the start of medication. Before starting of medication stool was loose all the time with frequency of passing 8-10 times per day. Now frequency has come down to 4 times a day. Stool is well formed except in the beginning some mucus mixed with blood comes. No severe relapse. Hb count has improved to 13.5 against 9.5 earliar. Softening/cracking of nails normalised.
