17394, Since 10 years I was suffering from sinusitis and headache. I was very much frustrated with the complaints. This would get triggered by taking a head bath or by exposure to extreme sunlight. The headache was so severe that it affected my personal life. Within 2 months of starting the treatment the headache has reduced by 50 - 60%. I feel much better then before. I noticed a very big improvement in the last months. Twice I had existing spots which rose again, but it became flat the following day. I would say that my lichen is 90% gone. Only the scars remained, but they are fading slowly. The lichen planus has definitely stopped spreading. The oral lichen planus has improved a lot as well. Now I can brush my teeth easily, can eat most of the food, even though I am still very careful with spicy food. But when I eat hot and spicy food, I noticed that I do not feel the burning sensation as strongly as before. The black spots are fading slowly on my arms and ampits,on my neck, my back and stomach.
