Recurrent Genital Herpes Treated Successfully With Homeopathy
A 58-years-old male patient, Mr. N. S. (Pin No- 28354) started treatment at Life Force Paud road branch on 30th March 2016 for his complaints of genital herpes. He had recurrent genital herpes attack form the past one year. He used to suffer from redness, painful eruption, itching, and dryness of genitals skin during the episode. He was on conventional treatment from past one year, but he had no relief in the recurrence of attack.
He also had complaints of hypertension from the past one year, and that was under control by conventional treatment.
He was tall and had stout personality. He preferred a vegetarian diet. There was a marked craving for spicy, sour, and South Indian foods.
Mr. N. S. was a retired civil engineer, and after retirement, he was doing farming. His wife was also into farming. He had adopted 2 daughters and both of them were married. He had good relations with all his family members.
His father had hypertension and heart problem. And, his mother had hypertension and breast cancer. His brother had hypertension and liver cancer. The patient’s sister also had hypertension and diabetes.
He had genital herpes before 20 years. He also suffered from malaria 16 years back.
He was reserved and religious. His childhood was stressful due to financial problem. He used to prefer solitude. He also liked to read philosophical books.
Dr. Shah studied his case in detail and prescribed Thuja 30 C with research-based molecules for genital herpes.
Mr. N. S. gave his first feedback online on 12th May 2016. His condition was overall 25% better, and he did not experience any repetition of attack since the treatment had started.
Later, when he gave feedback on 29th September 2016, there was 70% improvement in his condition. He had no attack of herpes. He only had a burning sensation at times.
Mr. N. S. visited our clinic on 29th March 2017. At that time, the disease had aggravated and he had suffered genital herpes episode twice quite severely. Again, his case was restudied by Dr. Shah and he prescribed medication.
Later, when he gave a follow-up on 21st September 2017 over the phone. there was overall more than 95% improvement in his condition. He didn’t face a single episode of genital herpes. Also, he did not require to take conventional medication.
The patient is still continuing his medicine to attain complete recovery.
Conclusion:
This case illustrates the efficiency of homeopathic medicines in treating conditions like genital herpes that otherwise do not respond well to the conventional treatment.
