Mr. V. A. T., 25 years old garment wholesaler (Patient Identification Number - 19208) visited Life Force on 7th June 2012. He was accompanied by his father. He wanted to start his treatment for IBS. He was suffering from frequent stools since last 1 year. He would visit washroom 3 times a day. Occasionally there would be alternate diarrhea and constipation. He would often feel unsatisfactory after passing motions. He would pass stools after meals most of the times. He had not taken any medication so far.
