10-Years-Old Psoriasis Showed A Good Improvement In 10 Months
A 34-years-old man, Mr A.A.S. (PIN 30047) visited our Pune’s Life Force centre on 15th October 2016 with the complaint of psoriasis. The patient was suffering from psoriasis since 10 years. In 2006, his disease suddenly aggravated and his maximum area of body was covered with it. After taking allopathic medicine for three years, all his eruptions recovered except the spots on his leg. In his psoriasis eruptions, he suffered from extensive dryness and severe itching. Along with itching, dry flakes also used to appear from the eruptions. Scratching of the eruptions, sometimes, resulted in blood oozing from the eruptions. He had also taken homeopathic treatment from other centre for psoriasis, but he was not satisfied with the results.
Apart from psoriasis, he was also suffering from acidity since the last 20 years. Whenever he ate spicy, oily, or outside food his acidity complaints used to get aggravated. He has been taking some Ayurvedic treatment for it.
He was a vegetarian by diet and used to eat eggs occasionally. He liked spicy food a lot, but he didn’t like sour food. His thirst was normal. His stool was satisfactory. His perspiration was average. He used to take tobacco on a daily basis. His sleep was sound. He was stout by physique.
He was working in a company as an accountant. His wife was a homemaker. He had one daughter who was 6-years-old.
In his family, his mother was suffering from acidity and joint pain. His paternal grandfather was suffering from asthma and diabetes. His paternal grandmother was also suffering from diabetes. His maternal grandmother was suffering from high blood pressure. His brother also had acidity.
On a mental level, he was very emotional. He was always worried about the future of his daughter. He was expressive. He liked to travel, prominently to quite places. He was very adjustable by nature.
After studying his case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed him research-based molecule.
On 15th November 2016, he gave his first follow-up. There was a good improvement in relief from his eruptions. His itching, burning, & cracking had also reduced. He had experienced a great relief from bleeding from the eruptions. In his acidity complaint, there was no change.
On 27th December 2016, he visited Life Force centre for his next follow-up. All his symptoms of psoriasis had improved a lot. All his symptoms were showing very good results. His acidity was as it is.
On 20th February 2017, when he again visited the centre, all his complaints had improved by more than 75 %. He was very happy with the treatment.
On his follow-up on 27th June 2017, his psoriasis complaint had recovered by more than 75% but his acidity complaint was as it is. So, Dr. Shah did the necessary changes in his treatment.
On 25th September 2017, the patient visited for his follow-up. He reported a good improvement in all symptoms. This time his acidity complaint was also showing some improvement.
The patient is still continuing the medicine for further improvement.
Conclusion:
Homeopathy is quite effective in treating the symptoms of psoriasis to a great extent.
