70-Years-Old Man Got A Great Relief From Psoriasis With Homeopathy

A 70-years-old male, Mr. A. I. S. (PIN 10227) came to Life Force Homeopathy clinic on 12th December 2007 with the complaints of psoriasis. He was suffering from psoriasis since 9 yrs. He was having lesions on his palms, forearms, legs, soles, and back. His lesions were spreading since 3 months on his forearms. There were cracks, scaling, and severe itching in the areas of his lesions. His complaints used to get aggravated in the months of winter.

He was vegetarian. His appetite was diminished since 3-4 months. He was a chain-smoker. His thirst was excessive, and he was intolerant to the cold weather. His bowel movements and urine were normal. His sleep was disturbed, and he was taking sedative since 1-2 months.

He was a conductor in ST bus. His wife was a homemaker. He had two daughters and two sons.

He was a loving and affectionate person, but he was short-tempered too. He was a dominating person. He had a hold over his family. He did a lot for his all brothers and sisters throughout his life, but now they turned their way so he felt hurt and depressed. He used to take stress easily, and he does not share his tensions with anybody in the house.

There was no past history of any infections, but appendectomy was done. His father was suffering from diabetes, and his brother was suffering from asthma.

He was on immunosuppressant and was applying steroidal creams. After going through the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed him with some research-based molecules.

He visited the clinic on 19th January 2008 with 50% relief in his complaints. His scaling, itching, and cracks had reduced considerably.

He visited again on 27th February 2008 with 75% improvement in his psoriasis lesions. He was prescribed with the same set of medicines.

Later, the patient visited the clinic on 8th April 2008 with an aggravation in his psoriasis. This time, his case was reviewed and he was prescribed with Carcinosin medicine by Dr. Shah.

Patient came on 21st May 2008 with 60% to 70 % improvement in his psoriatic lesions. No new eruptions had developed on his body.

On 23rd September 2008, when he gave his follow-up, all his complaints had improved by more than 80 %. All psoriatic eruptions, dry flaking, and cracks showed a good improvement. The patient was very happy with the improvement.

The patient is continuing the medicine for further improvement.

Conclusion:

This case highlights that homeopathy provides a great relief from psoriasis, and the results are long-lasting and effective than other systems of medicines.
