80% Recovery From Vitiligo Achieved In 2 Years Of Treatment at Life Force Homeopathy
A 9-years-old boy, Mast. S. S. (PIN 31262) visited Life Force Homeopathy Borivali clinic in February 2017 with Vitiligo, which involved his face, hands, chest, and back. He was suffering from this condition for 3 years and had also taken the conventional medications before visiting us. As he didn’t get a long-term relief with the conventional medications, he approached us to obtain a long-term recovery from vitiligo.
There was a genetic link in his case, as the patient's father also suffered from the same skin condition. His grandfather suffered from hypertension and asthma.
He was on the conventional medicines from July 2015 to April 2016.
He had developed white, hypopigmented, and irregular spots on his face, around his eyes, hands, and chest. His spots were spreading progressively from the last 2 years. A detailed physical check-up using Wood’s lamp test was done in our clinic.
By considering all these case details, the case was analyzed by Dr. Rajesh Shah. Accordingly, he prescribed his research-based medicines along with the constitutional medicines to the patient.
By the end of July 2017, the spreading of the patches had stopped and the condition was brought in control. The brightness of the existing old spots continued to reduce.
In the month of October 2017, the existing vitiligo patches experienced pigmentation in some areas. Thus, his vitiligo patches responded well to the treatment
His vitiligo was under control and re-pigmentation was observed in most of the patches by Feb 2018
In his last follow-up in June 2018, an improvement of about 80% was observed in his condition. The patient is still continuing the medications recommended by us for a complete recovery.
Conclusion:
This case illustrates that homeopathy should be highly considered in the cases of Vitiligo where the scope of treatment in other systems of medicines is limited.
