A Patient From California Found Incredible Recovery From Chronic Lichen Planus Pigmentosus With Homeopathy
Mrs. S.V. from the USA noticed a few spots of Lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) in 2013. However, her spots started to develop into big patches since July 2016. So, she started searching for natural options for the treatment of LPP and came across Life Force Homeopathy. The patient's parents visited Life Force clinic on behalf of the patient i.e. Mrs. S.V. (PIN: 24447) on 2nd February 2017. She had developed extensive irregularly-shaped brown to black macules and patches around her neck, cheeks, shoulder, and chest. She used some topical steroid ointment, which made the patches darker than earlier. She experienced mild itching and burning in the patches on her chest.
Besides LPP, she was not suffering from any major illness. There was a strong genetic link of thyroid disorder in her family.

Follow-Ups:
On 5th June 2017, the patient informed that she had not noticed any new patches or spread in the existing patches, however, her existing patches were as it is. There was no change in pigmentation. LPP is a deep-seated disease and it takes a long time to observe noticeable changes in the pigmentation. The disease activity was slowed down with the first set of medicines. At the second follow-up on 30th October 2017, the patient reported 20% improvement in her relief from lichen planus pigmentosa.
On 21st June 2018, the patient informed that her recovery from the old pigmented patches was improving gradually, however, she noticed new hyperpigmented spots on her wrist. On inquiry, there was no probable cause found for the appearance of new lesions. Dr. Shah revised her medicines.
In the month of September 2018, there was a 50% improvement in her recovery from the lesions. No new lesions had appeared after the last set of medicines.
After two years of continuous Homeopathic treatment, on 29th January 2019, the patient informed that she has noticed 80% - 90% improvement in her recovery from Lichen planus pigmentosa lesions. Mrs. S.V. is still continuing with the medicines for further improvement.
