Five year old child with frequent colds with every change is season… improved drastically using homeopathy.

Baby Shikha, V (Ref. No. 2637), five years old child was brought for the treatment of frequent colds. She was a beautiful, pleasant, talkative girl. She would get colds, and infections with every change is season; from warm to cold, cold to humid, humid to warm. Every cold drink, a bite of ice-cream or artificially flavored food with give her throat irritation leading to attack of colds, coughs and chest congestion.

She required courses of antibiotics almost once in 25 days for three years. The parents were worried and child was fed up.

She approached for the homeopathic treatment. In fact, her pediatrician recommended homeopathic treatment.

Her case was studied. There was a family history of allergies and chest infections in parents. Child’s grand mother was also asthmatic.

It was inferred that there was a genetic tendency for getting frequent colds.

Suitable homeopathic medicine along with Dr Shah’s patient was prescribed.

The child was treated for over nine months. She was practically free from attacks of colds and infections. Her appetite improved. She increased her weight by three kilograms. She rarely required antibiotics for five years thereafter. The child does visit our clinic sometimes with her grandmother, to show her happy face.
