Remarkable Recovery From 11 Years Persistent Vitiligo In Just An Year With Homeopathic Treatment At Life Force
Mrs. M.K.G. (PIN: 31338) visited Life Force Homeopathy on 18th February 2017 with the complaint of Vitiligo persisting from 11 years and which had increased in the past 6 months. During the case taking, it was observed and noted that multiple areas of her body were vitiligo-affected. She was experiencing itching in all the spots along with redness and dryness of the skin. Vitiligo affected body areas included her bilateral elbows, right hand, nape of the neck with a big patch, occipital region, behind her left ear, behind the right ear, right forehead with small spots of 2-3 mm, around the lips, above the upper lip, and the chest with multiple small spots. There was no family history of any autoimmune disease present. The patient was on topical application and allopathic treatment.
After a thorough study and proper evaluation of the case, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines to the patient and also provided proper guidance regarding the diet and healthy living. Her next follow-up was scheduled after 6 weeks.
Follow-Ups:
When the patient came for the first follow-up on 8th April 2017, a significant improvement in relief was observed in all her mentioned spots. Re-pigmentation had occurred in the majority of the spots. The patient was not on any allopathic treatment nor any topical application since a month post starting with treatment from Life Force. The spots behind her right ear, right forehead, and above the lips showed about 80% improvement in terms of recovery. Other minute spots had cleared up completely.
Later, when she gave the second follow-up on 19th May 2017, further improvement in her recovery was observed. Significant re-pigmentation was observed in the spot on her left shoulder, and the pinkish color was observed on the spot on her right hand and the big spot on the nape of her neck. The spots behind her right ear, right forehead, above the lip, and around the lip showed remarkable improvement with about 90% re-pigmentation.
On the follow-up on 25th July 2017, further improvement was observed in her recovery from vitiligo. Re-pigmentation was observed in the majority of her spots. The spots on her occipital region, behind the ear, right forehead, around the lips, and above the lips had completely vanished. The rest of her spots present on her elbow and right hand had turned pinkish in appearance. She experienced a complete recovery from the vitiligo spot on the nape of her neck.
On 2nd December 2017, further re-pigmentation was observed in the spots on her bilateral elbows and neck. No new spots had appeared. No spread in the existing spots had occurred. The disease’s intensity was well in control.
And as the follow-up continued, the patient showed signs of improvement at every follow-up, and no major relapse was noticed while the further treatment was going on.
Conclusion:
Homeopathic medicine, when prescribed after proper evaluation of the case, offers long-lasting results, unlike short-term results that conventional medicines offer. Thus, homeopathic treatment provides positive results in the recovery from Vitiligo. It prevents the recurrence of the disease. It brings about re-pigmentation by correcting the altered immune. Along with homeopathic medicines, diet also plays an important role in the cases of vitiligo. Homeopathy is completely safe and can be given to anyone, no matter whether it is a newborn or a pregnant woman.
