Remarkable Improvement In Relief In Bullous Pemphigus In A Year With Homeopathy

A 58-year-old lady, Mrs. S.N. (PIN: 39620) visited Life Force on 16th March 2019 with the complaints of blisters on her hands, abdomen, armpits, and thighs with intense itching and burning. Her skin was dry and hyperpigmented. She mentioned that new blisters were developing after every one to two days. Her biopsy report confirmed the diagnosis of Bullous pemphigoid. She was suffering from this complaint since April 2015. Her blisters would get aggravated after the intake of spicy food, and her itching would increase after having a bath. She was taking steroid Omnacortil since 2015 for 3 years. Due to the overuse of steroids, she suffered from avascular necrosis of both the hip joints and had to undergo a bilateral hip replacement surgery. She was not on any treatment for bullous pemphigoid after May 2018.

Mrs. S.N. also suffered from Ringworm infection since April 2018. She had its three lesions on her left thigh with intense itching. She was not taking any treatment for the fungal infection.

She was a non-vegetarian and loved spicy food. She would hardly perspire and could not tolerate the cold climate. She had already achieved menopause 13 years ago.

Mrs. S.N. was a housewife living with her retired husband. She had a daughter, who was working. She had a happy life and was well-supported by her family always. She loved to talk and was very anxious about her husband and children’s well-being.

Dr. Shah studied her case in detail and prescribed his research-based molecules to the patient.

No new blisters nor eruptions had developed. The recovery from the fungal infection on her thigh was also getting better.

On 29th July 2019, Mrs. S.N. reported that there was further improvement in her condition.

Her condition is still stable, and Mrs. S.N. is very happy with the results she got with Homeopathy. She is happy that she does not have to depend on steroids any longer for her complaints, and, despite not taking the steroids, her condition was improving.

Mrs. S.N. continued taking Homeopathic treatment and, in February 2020, she reported an improvement of more than 98% in her recovery from the skin condition.

Conclusion:

This case illustrates that homeopathy helps in managing skin diseases like bullous pemphigoid effective and safely without any side-effects. Homeopathy helps reduce the dependency on steroids.
