90% Recovery From Extensive Psoriasis Found In 5 Months Of Homeopathic Treatment
A 28-year-old male patient, Mr. S.S. (PIN: 41034) started experiencing severe dandruff in the scalp, and his condition was diagnosed as Scalp Psoriasis in February 2019. Gradually, he started having the Psoriatic lesions on his face, hands, forearms, chest, abdomen, back, buttocks, legs, and neck. The lesions on his forearms and legs were thick and hyperpigmented Psoriatic plaques. The lesions on the chest, arms, abdomen were of the erythematous guttate type of Psoriasis. The fingernail involvement too was observed, as the nails had turned yellowish color and crumbled. The patient was suffering from a severe itching which leads to scratching and bleeding. He used steroids for 6 months with no relief in the complaint, instead, his eruptions of Psoriasis were increasing.
His paternal grandfather suffered from Epilepsy, and his maternal grandmother suffered from stammering.
Physical Generals:
The patient had a mixed diet and had marked craving for chicken and eggs. He was sensitive to the hot weather.
He worked for Tata motors.
Mental Sphere:
He has a speech disorder that is stammering because of which his confidence was low, and he avoided people wherever and whenever possible. He preferred solitude. He used to overthink and keep on brooding on the negative events. He had marked fear of height.
He started Homeopathic treatment with Life Force on 28th September 2019. Dr. Shah prescribed Mezereum-30 4 pills 3 times for 6 weeks.
Follow-Ups:
In his first follow-up on 9th November 2019, the patient gave the feedback over a call and informed that he was better by 35%. The hyperpigmented thick lesions on his legs and forearms had turned less thick, and the scaling was reduced. The erythematous lesions on his arms, chest, and abdomen had started to reduce. The relief in dandruff in his scalp was better by 20%. Even his fingernails had started to respond, as his nails were better by 40%. Dr. Shah prescribed the same Mezereum-30 medicine to the patient.
On 1st January 2020, he visited the clinic and, after comparing the pictures which were taken when he had started treatment on 28th September and those on 1st January 2020, it was observed that 75% improvement in recovery was achieved. The recovery from all the lesions on his chest, abdomen, scalp, neck, knees, legs, feet, forearms, elbows, and thighs was better by 75%. Earlier, the lesions on his buttocks were a lot extensive as compared to those on other body parts, however, now, the lesions on his buttocks were better by 50%.
Recently, on 9th March 2020, the patient gave feedback over a call and informed that he was better by 90%. All his lesions had healed only the post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation was left. He didn't experience any itching.
He is continuing with medicines for further recovery.
Conclusion:
This case highlights that introducing homeopathic treatment at the earliest helps you recover faster from extensive Psoriasis effectively and safely without any side-effects.
