Piles (hemorrhoids)

A male patient, Mr. K.J. (PIN: 42767) visited Life Force Homeopathy on 25th February 2020 with complaints of piles.
He was suffering from complaints of hemorrhoids for the last 7-8 months on & off. He had grade I piles. His piles used to protrude out during motions and then recede. He was experiencing itching at the anus and pricking type of pain in the anal region after passing the stools. He felt a slight discomfort in the anal region. His motions were normal.
His complaints of piles used to bother him 4-5 times a week. He was applying ointment Sonarin daily.
He was a non-vegetarian with cravings for sweets. His thirst was excessive, and he was experiencing profuse sweating too. He could tolerate the heat better than cold. He had the habit of smoking 2-3 cigarettes/day.
He had a family history of piles because his father, grandfather, and uncle all had complaints of piles.
The patient was very anxious about his work and had a constant feeling of insecurity. He was an extrovert. The company of friends used to please him. He never got angry easily.
After a detailed analysis of the case, Dr. Shah prescribed research-based medicines to the patient. After initial investigations, the patient was advised to take vitamin supplements.
Follow-Ups:
On the first follow-up on 14th April 2020, the patient said that he was 10%-15% better. He was experiencing lesser discomfort in the anal region than earlier. He had reduced the application of Sonarin ointment.
On the second follow-up on 3rd August 2020, he said that he was 50% better. Now, he experienced complaints only after eating spicy food, particularly non-vegetarian food. He experienced complaints now only once a week. He was applying Sonarin ointment on alternate days now.
On 17th September 2020, the patient said that there was no further improvement in relief in piles. His piles still protruded after eating spicy food. There was no change in other symptoms too.
On 9th November 2020, the patient felt better than earlier. His piles no more protruded after eating non-vegetarian food. He was still applying Sonarin ointment on alternate days.
On 8th January 2021, the patient said that he did not have any complaints in the past 2 months. He was no more experiencing the protruding of piles. No discomfort nor itching at the anus was present. He was applying Sonarin ointment only once a week now.
The patient is very happy with the treatment that he received at Life Force and is continuing the treatment for a complete recovery.
