A 52-year-old female from Mumbai, Mrs. S.M. (PIN: 44458) started homeopathic treatment for her complaint of Alopecia Areata on 31st December 2020.
In the last 1 month, she had started suffering from this condition. The patient had developed a moderate-sized bald patch on her head. She also complained of excessive hair loss from the past few months. Her husband was taking treatment from Life Force and got completely recovered in the past. Hence, she directly contacted us and did not take any other treatment. She was also suffering from an underactive thyroid, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus for which she was on allopathic medicines for many years.
The patient had an average appetite. She desired to eat spicy food. Her thirst for water was less. She had no issues related to the urine and stool. Her sleep was normal and refreshing.
The patient was a housewife. She was staying with her husband and 2 kids. By nature, she was very anxious and fearful.
She did not have any other major illnesses in the past. Her mother suffered from cancer, and her father suffered from diabetes mellitus.

Follow-Ups:
On 9th February 2021, the patient reported that she had experienced mild changes after starting with the homeopathic medicines. She noticed around 10% improvement in her recovery from alopecia areata. Regrowth of hair was noticed on the patch. No further spread was observed. On 18th March 2021, the patient updated that she was further better with the medicines. The regrowth of hair was observed on her scalp. Her hair fall had reduced. She had experienced an overall improvement with homeopathic medicines.
On 26th April 2021, the patient updated being almost 50%-60% better with the medicines. The regrowth of hair had occurred on the scalp. No new patch had developed. Also, her hair fall was very minimal. The disease condition was completely under control. The patient was very happy with the progress.
On 27th July 2021, the patient reported that she was 70%-80% better now. No bald patches were observed on her scalp. Complete regrowth of hair had occurred. Hair fall was no longer present. The patient was very happy and satisfied with the treatment.
