Marvelous Recovery From Severe Eczema Found With Homeopathy
A 62-year-old female patient, Mrs. N. (PIN: 45457) visited Life Force for the complaint of Eczema in 2021.
She was suffering from a very severe type of eczema for the last 1 year. She had used all the types of corticosteroid creams, hydro-cortisone medicines, and anti-allergic medicines, but she didn’t experience satisfactory relief from eczema.
She had used several types of hydrocortisone, but the lesions would re-appear after a few days. The lesions were present prominently over her face, lips, back, abdomen, and limbs. The major trigger was pollen, as one fine day she was plucking flowers from her garden and the skin condition was triggered by pollens. She was suffering from severe burning and redness in her lesions. Whenever she tried to reduce or stop the usage of medicines, her eczema rash would increase in size.
Physical Generals:
The patient’s appetite was normal, and her thirst had decreased when she had visited Life Force. The patient had cravings for salty and spicy food. She used to experience disturbed sleep at times. Her sleep was not sound.
Medical History:
She had a medical history of an Underactive thyroid, commonly called Hypothyroidism, for 5 years. She was dependent on Thyroid supplements since then. The patient had no other major illness.
At Life Force:
After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed some research-based homeopathic medicines along with some dietary tips to the patient. The patient was also informed about tapering the dose of steroids and not stopping it all of a sudden as it can cause an increase in the disease symptoms.
Follow-Ups:
At the first follow-up on 7th September 2021, when the patient came to Life Force’s Pune clinic, she reported that there was a huge amount of improvement in her recovery from eczema. She mentioned that her skin health 80% improved. The relief in itching was better by 80% as well, although she was still dependent on corticosteroids.
When the patient visited us on 8th October 2021, she mentioned that she was quite better than before. Also, her sleep had improved and she was able to sleep soundly without any concerns. Her recovery from eczema was better with Homeopathy. Also, the patient had experienced significant relief in itching.
On 8th December 2021, when the patient came for her follow-up, she mentioned that she experienced 90% improvement in her overall recovery from eczema. Merely hyperpigmented marks were left.
