A 49 yrs male, Mr. A. C. (PIN no. 9799) visited Life Force Homeopathic center for his psoriasis for 6 months. His palms, feet, elbow as well as nails (showed pitting) were affected with scaling +++, it was rapidly spreading without any burning and itching.
