He has taken local steroids in the past, but since the last 1-2 years, he was on Ayurvedic treatment.

He had red inflamed, active lesions mainly on neck region with severe itching. Itching would mainly aggravate in winter season and during stress.

He was also suffering from Vitiligo on lips since 2 years.

His appetite was average and he had marked cravings for sweets. His sleep was sound. He had a habit of tobacco chewing and he occasionally took alcohol.

He had a strong family history of skin diseases. His father also suffered from Atopic Dermatitis and mother from vitiligo. His maternal grandfather had diabetes mellitus.
