Certainly my skin condition has improved much; however, if I eat too much cereal, sugar or even fruit, it tends to recur- not as badly, but it is still there. I will continue with the restricted diet. My general health is also much better and I have much less asthma and bronchial reactions to airborn allergens and smoke - we have lots of fires here in Australia at the moment, horror weather! I, AKS (Pin number: 16342) was suffering from Palmo Plantar Psoriasis since almost 1.5 years, presenting with severe hardness of the skin on the palms and soles associated with severe scaling. These complaints would increase in winter.
