Mr. S. S., 26 years old (Patient Identification Number L-18042) availed our online treatment online from Canada, for Psoriasis, on 31st July 2010. He had been suffering from Psoriasis since February 2009. He had psoriasis on the scalp, elbows, mainly upper part of body with multiple minute spots. He was upset and disturbed due to some personal reasons when this started. He was treated with steroid local application and methotrexate tablets for 2 months at the start. With this medication he felt better for few months, and then it again started reappearing at a faster speed. This time he decided to resort to homeopathy for complete recovery.
There were no other associated complaints.
His appetite was increased. He had a strong liking for chicken, mutton and sour food. He was tolerant to both heat and cold. There were no complaints with thirst, sweat, bowels and sleep.
He was from an agricultural background. He was living in Canada for higher education. He was a resident of India. His father was a farmer. His mother was a home maker. He had an elder sister who was married and well settled. He had strong bonding with all the family members.
He was a nervous type of person. He would get upset and sad occasionally. After suffering from Psoriasis he had become depressed and sad. He wished to be as healthy as other people. He would not get much anger, he was cool by nature.
There was no past history of any major illnesses.
His paternal grandfather was a heart patient. All other family members were apparently healthy.
His case history was studied in detail by Dr. Shah. He was prescribed Kali Sulphuricum 30 as a constitutional remedy along with a research based medicine.
In the first follow up after 4 months (9/11/10) – he reported 30% improvement. In the initial 2 months there was some spread with new spots appearing, but after 2 months the complaints gradually decreased. The scalp was 90% improved. The old patches were sometimes dark and hyper-pigmented and sometimes reddish. Overall he felt better.
In the second follow up after 4 months (19/3/11) – he reported 70% improvement. No new spots had appeared. There was no spread. The old existing spots were still scaling in a mild form. However healing had also begun.
In the third follow up (15/12/11) – he reported further improvement. The old spots were healing. There were a few new spots on the knees. His case was reviewed by Dr. Shah and accordingly his medicines were upgraded. Most spots have healed, he now has mild spots on the knee and elbow, this mild resurfacing is due to the winter. He said, had I not been on your treatment, my body would have been full of Psoriasis because of winter. Now it is just 5 %.
He is still undergoing treatment with Life Force for attaining the best possible recovery for his ailment. He is very happy with the treatment and says that he has never observed so good results with any other treatment.
