63 years old gentleman Mr. A. R. availed our online treatment for Trigeminal Neuralgia from U. A. E on 16th June 2011. His Patient Identification Number is 19259. He had pain in the right side of his face, around the eyes, radiating towards the forehead and the corner of mouth. The pain would be intense like an electric current or it would be like a stabbing pain. The pain would last for 15 – 30 minutes. The pain would be unbearable making it difficult to work. The pain would often occur while shouting.

His appetite was average with no specific liking or disliking. His thirst and sweat were increased. He was less tolerant to both heat and cold. He was tall and flabby.

He had an enlarged prostate with decreased frequency of urination. His sleep was disturbed.

He was a self employed trader. He was staying in a joint family consisting of his wife and 3 sons and their families.

He would get intensely angry and shout. This would often trigger his TN. He described himself as very short tempered.

He had been operated twice for hernia and once for piles. He had done RFTC few years ago from a reputed hospital in Mumbai.
